The \u201cPosmishka UA\u201d Foundation<\/strong>, in partnership with the humanitarian organization INTERSOS<\/strong>, is implementing the project \u201cSupporting the Health, Well-being, and Dignity of Vulnerable and Conflict-Affected People in Ukraine and Moldova.\u201d<\/strong> The project aims to assist vulnerable populations in the Kherson region<\/strong> affected by military actions by providing hygiene supplies, housing repair kits, and heating resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who Can Receive Assistance?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Residents of the following communities in the Kherson region<\/strong> are eligible for assistance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Types of Assistance Available:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Emergency Shelter Repair Kits:<\/strong> These kits help with the quick restoration of damaged homes, providing essential materials to seal and reinforce structures, preventing further deterioration and preparing them for long-term repairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid Fuel:<\/strong> Fuel briquettes to ensure effective heating during the winter months, helping maintain warmth and comfort in homes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hygiene Kits:<\/strong> Essential hygiene supplies, including laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, towels, toothbrushes, and other necessary items for maintaining cleanliness and comfort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      How to Receive Assistance?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Specialists from the \u201cPosmishka UA\u201d<\/strong> Foundation<\/strong>, together with community representatives and the Social Protection Service<\/strong>, work to identify the most urgent needs of the population to provide hygiene kits and emergency housing repair kits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Eligibility Criteria for Assistance:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The following vulnerable groups are eligible for support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Low-income families<\/strong> (households officially recognized as low-income under current legislation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Single-parent households<\/strong> with children under 18, including:\n
            \n
          • Single mothers or fathers with legal status from the child\u2019s birth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Widows\/widowers raising a child alone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Parents living separately without financial support from the other parent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Legal guardians raising a child alone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Persons with disabilities.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Elderly individuals (60+).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Families with three or more children<\/strong> (under 18 or up to 23 if they are students).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Individuals with chronic illnesses or severe diseases, including mental disorders.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Households registered with territorial social service centers.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Households with internally displaced persons.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
