&#8220;Be Here&#8221; project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project &#8220;Be Here&#8221; is now in Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, and Chernivtsi regions of Ukraine \u2728<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1&nbsp;<strong>Our key areas of work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supporting and equipping 23 temporary shelters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing 2 facilities for people with disabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing individual assistance to the most vulnerable groups: adults, children, elderly people, and people with disabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychosocial support to overcome stress and adapt to new conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over&nbsp;<strong>110 professionals<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 social workers, psychologists, facilitators, and lawyers \u2013 have joined forces to create an effective assistance system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The goal of the project:<\/strong>&nbsp;Providing support to internally displaced persons through an individual approach to help them restore a dignified standard of living in a new location, with a focus on the most vulnerable groups: adults, children, elderly people, and people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Support for children and adults:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Psychosocial support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultations on mental health issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relaxation sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Art classes, active games, physical exercises, and activities to develop thinking and maintain physical fitness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A friendly atmosphere and a safe circle of communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The SSSM Team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repair and equipping of temporary shelters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing and supporting accommodation with social care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Case Managers Team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individual support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All cases are handled strictly confidentially and anonymously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>\u201cPosmishka UA\u201d Charitable Foundation<\/strong>&nbsp;is implementing the project&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Multisectoral Support and Equipping of Temporary Shelters, Full Renovation of Supported Living Facilities, Ensuring Comfortable Living with Social Care, and Providing Individual Support to People with Disabilities and the Most Vulnerable Groups&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;with the support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"gallery-carousel
