This is a step toward ensuring that everyone, regardless of circumstances, can live without barriers and have access to the support they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project uses a comprehensive approach to ensure adults and children receive essential support and to address the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emotional distress and stress related to the need for <strong>mental health support<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Difficulties with <strong>documentation<\/strong> and obtaining the appropriate <strong>social status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of <strong>hygiene items<\/strong> and other basic necessities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited access to <strong>specialized services<\/strong> for people with disabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Situations faced by <strong>orphans, unaccompanied children,<\/strong> or those <strong>deprived of parental care<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What support we offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Psychosocial support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We conduct activities for adults and children in communities to help them cope with stress, fear, and fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual social case management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide one-on-one support to children and adults in difficult life circumstances. Together, we identify needs, create an action plan, and ensure the person is not left alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Humanitarian assistance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide hygiene items for those who currently need extra support to meet basic needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cPosmishka\u201d psychosocial support spaces for children and families in hospitals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We create places where children, together with specialists, can join psychosocial support activities, creative workshops, active games, and social interaction.
